Bushing types

Dryslide™

Dryslide bearings are self-lubricating. They are a composite bearing, made of a steel backing with a bronze interlayer and a SPFE anti-wear surface. They are also available with lead-free, bronze or stainless steel backings.

Fiber-Lube™

Allowing for true self-lubrication, these composite bushings are ideal for long-term loaded applications. They have low friction values and are resistant to corrosion.

Powdered Metal Bushings

These sintered self-lubricated powdered metal bushings require less maintenance and thus, reduce costs. They are available in bronze, iron and other metals.

Solid Metal Bushings

Best suited for low speed and high load applications, these bushings are made from either bronze or steel. They are available as solid PTFE, graphite self-lube or oil grooves.

Plastic Bushings

Oil-free and self-lubricating, these plastic bushings come in a range of engineering polymers for different applications. They are cost efficient compared to metal bushings. These plastic bushings are ideal for light, maintenance free applications.

Linear Motion Bearings

Linear motion bearings are quiet, single piece drop-in replacements for rolling-element bushings. These bearings are well suited for tasks with simultaneous linear, oscillating and rotary motion.
