Wool felt carries and evenly distributes abrasive particles across a substrate, making it the ideal material for polishing. As the wheel wears down it naturally maintains its desired shape and consistency, ensuring even finishing over its lifetime.

Our selection of felt wheels is crafted of white and gray felt and includes wheels 1/8′ to 4′ thick and ½ inch to 30 inches in diameter. We offer felt wheels in the full density range: Soft, Medium, Hard, Rock Hard, Flint hard and Diamond hard. Made of versatile and resilient material, felt wheels are ideal for a range of applications, including the polishing of jewellery, metal, glass and lapidary (stone), honing wood chisels, buffing, sanding blocks, spacers, vibration pads, dental work, plastic part lines and fibreglass.

We manufacture our felt products in-house, allowing us to serve our customers quickly. This also ensures eco-friendly processes for all our felt products.
