Bucket Elevator Conveyors

We offer bucket elevators designed to vertically convey and deposit loads. When you buy equipment, you want to know it will work properly for your unique applications. At Continental Conveyor and Machine Works, we manufacture elevators designed to meet your specific needs. With different types of chains, conveyors, and buckets, we’re sure to have the solution you need for carrying any type of material.  We build your products in-house at our facilities, ensuring extensive quality control and faster build times.

Two types of elevators to meet your needs

We carry both centrifugal and continuous elevators to suit your specific application. Our centrifugal elevators are easy to use and feature either chain- or belt-driven buckets that are ideal for smaller material. The belt-driven systems prevent your buckets from deteriorating quickly, while chains also work excellently under common conditions. Our systems also tend to use shaft-mounted gear reducer drives. These make our machines function better in a more diverse selection of activities. Continuous bucket elevators, meanwhile, work better with lumpier and larger materials and move slower. They also deposit their loads more gently, based on a gravity-driven system. As with the centrifugal models, they feature both chain- and belt-based solutions. Our buckets for each model come in three models. The welded steel and iron AA buckets keep their shape well when used with harder materials and is often used with centrifugal elevators. The D buckets are also made of steel and tend to deposit loads at a continuous rate. The DH buckets are also designed for use with a continuous elevator and deposit loads more quickly than other buckets do to their high lids.

Wide number of industries served

Our elevators are designed for the transportation and conveyance of loose materials. In the past, we’ve worked with companies in the chemical, energy, paper and mining industries, among many others.

Ladders

We build each elevator with a variety of extra features. For example, we construct platforms that allow workers to oversee and maintain their machinery. We also manufacture ladders and hoist frames, both of which are designed to mount to be mounted onto the elevator.

About us
