Brass Fittings

We have experience precision machining parts in a variety of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloys, titanium, plastics, and lead-free brass (known as ECO Brass). ECO Brass is a patented lead-free brass alloy that offers strength equal to stainless steel. It is often used for applications including automotive parts, electronics parts, and plumbing products such as valves, fittings, and faucets. In addition, due to the high strength of ECO Brass, it can be used as a substitute for stainless steel in precision parts such as screws, shafts, and bearings. Some of the other features of ECO Brass include excellent resistance to corrosion and cracking due to stress or dezincification.
