Brass, bronze, and copper bushings

We specialize in custom work, so we will make bushings to meet your specifications. We use Swiss-type CNC machines such as the Citizen L20 with 3/4” diameter capacity, and a Citizen L16 with a 5/8” diameter capacity. They allow us to perform precise machining quickly, which means we can offer fast turnaround times on custom bushings. We can perform knurling for applications where the bushings need to be easily installed or removed by hand.

 We also utilize a number of CNC lathes that have the capability to run up to 10” slugs and 3” round material. Our multi-spindle automatic machines can handle parts up to 2 1/4″. So we have the equipment to produce a wide range of part sizes in various materials. Our BNJ-twin spindle, multi-axis lathe can avoid the need for secondary operations, which will save you money.

We are constantly updating our equipment to ensure we have the ability to machine the most complex product designs. We have a range of finishing equipment such as Hardinge Lathes and a centerless grinder, to provide the desired surface finishes on your parts. We can also provide heat treatment, coating, plating, thread sealing, anodizing, grinding and honing.
