They can be built in a wide range of sizes and capacities, and special options are available such as constructions for spark resistance or handling of heavy abrasive materials. We use only the best of materials when we manufacture our blowers. The heavy gauge steel fan housings are braced with steel angles, and the continuously welded scroll wrap provides a durable and dust-tight casing. Our exhaust blowers also feature statically and dynamically balanced wheels to ensure operation is always smooth. All of our fan wheels have been expertly designed, thoroughly tested, and precisely manufactured to provide the best possible performance.
Our product offering includes small Type MR exhaust fans, which are well suited to handling air or light dust. They can be supplied with special options for applications involving heavy abrasive materials or spark resistant requirements. Our heavy abrasive models feature extra heavy construction of housings and wheels, as well as oversized shafts and bearings. Every one of our fans is capable of handling air at a maximum temperature of 600 F.
