Beveling Tools

Dobco Equipment Ltd. is the ideal source for beveling tools. We have been supplying high quality tool solutions for more than 30 years, and our products are built by renowned manufacturers such as Trumpf, Chicago Pneumatic, and Cooper Tool Group. The beveling tools we provide can produce smooth, oxide-free surfaces that guarantee weld connections that can handle high loads. There is also no need for refinishing because these bevellers ensure even and clean material ejection. We can supply the most advanced and cost-effective tooling to meet customers’ specific applications due to our industry expertise and wide selection.

Beveling tools

We can supply a range of bevellers and welded edge bevellers from Trumpf. These electric power beveling tools offer a number of benefits. For instance, they are fast, emission-free, and they provide an oxide-free cut edge. Beveling tools are available that are suitable for both stationary and portable uses, and offer bevel angles of 30, 45, and 60 degrees as well as radius edges. They can be used for a wide variety of contours and pipes. The beveling process can also be started or ended at any point on the material’s edge.

In addition to supplying top quality beveling tools, we can also provide repairs, testing, calibration, and certification for all major brands of pneumatic tools.

Quality manufacturing

Trumpf patented the original beveling tool for metal edges over 50 years ago. This unique cutting tool principle is still used in the company’s bevellers today, which ensures exceptional weld seam preparation. The beveling process works without producing emissions, noticeable heat influence, dust, vapor, gas, or micro-structural changes in the metal.
