Slat band conveyors

We offer several models of slat band conveyors. For example, the model SL steel belt slat conveyor is well-suited for conveying hot and oily parts through heat drying processes.  It features all-steel modular construction with formed steel slats. It also offers an energy efficient motor with an AC variable speed controller. In addition to drying applications, this conveyor is ideal for production and assembly line operations.

Another slat band model is the ProSort 131 high speed sortation conveyor. It is capable of efficiently sorting small and fragile items or groups of items. This conveyor was designed specifically for the high speed sortation of items that may be too small for conventional shoe sorters. The conveyor carries products on high strength, anodized aluminum slats. When the products reach predetermined location, divert shoes are used to push products onto a take-away line. This conveyor features high sort rates.

We also offer the SL6 heavy duty slat conveyor. The slats on this conveyor are shipped loose for field installation, countersunk for flathead machine screws, and can be modified for mounting assembly fixtures. It is available with slat widths ranging from 12 to 49 inches.
