Product selection

Nordbak wear resistant coatings feature the wear properties of ceramic combined with the convenience of two-part epoxies. They are used to protect equipment including pumps, chutes, and augers, and will stand up to harsh industrial environments. They can be supplied in brushable and trowelable formulations, and are perfect for large-scale repair applications. The many different varieties available include compounds designed specifically to handle fine or coarse particle abrasion, as well as liquid or slurry turbulence and cavitation. In addition to protecting equipment from abrasion, these polymer composites prevent corrosion from taking place below the coating.

Nordbak backing material is used for backing wear plates in cone crushers and grinding mills. It features high compressive strength and resistance to impact. In addition, this compound has high volumetric stability to eliminate gaps between liners. This pourable compound requires no melting or special equipment to apply, and is nonflammable.
