• Fixed table systems are well suited to applications where part repositioning or rotation is not required. Our fixed tables have Auto-Mate pre-engineered robotic cells that are affordable entry-point for first time buyers of robotic welding systems.
• Turn tables offer a staging surface that can rotate or reposition a work piece to help increase throughput.
• A variety of positioning options are available for our robotic welding systems such as ferris wheel or headstock/tailstock types.
• Custom designed robotic systems are available to suit practically any application or welding process. They can incorporate capabilities including MIG, TIG, and spot welding as well as vision-based systems for palletizing, material handling, dispensing, and machine tending. While we offer everything needed to create a new custom robotic system, we can also integrate our solutions with re-deployed robots.
