Automatic MIG welders

FANUC universal process robots for arc welding offer the highest throughput, most compact body, largest working envelope, and all mounting position capabilities. They also have a through arm weld cable design and integral wire feeder that is nested in the robot arm. A range of options are available to help improve weld quality and repeatability for any application.  

These robots are available with many options. One example is a ready-to-use robotic vision system: iRVision. When used with a camera or sensor, this system provides 2-D or 3-D guidance without the need for additional hardware. It can perform guidance and error proofing for operations including presence detection and part location
