Automated Material Handling Systems Product Line

We manufacture several automated material handling systems.

• Telescoping cantilevered extendible conveyors are available in roller and belt models. Extending from permanent conveyors, they offer the convenience of automated product loading onto the nose of a truck or trailer. Powered by a heavy-duty 1-½ HP motor, these conveyors had a capacity of 100 lbs./linear ft. They include an accumulation feature that helps reduce package recirculation.
• Our sortation systems provide automatic product identification and separation into predefined groupings. Our engineers will design a sortation system that works best for your applications, and it can include right angle belts, pop-up wheels, swing arms, tilt trays and more. These systems can also provide data collection, control systems logic and interfacing and more.
• Pallet handling systems can help you minimize direct labour and equipment damage, and improve product flow and traceability. Systems may include roller transportation, roller accumulation, chain transfers, lifts and transfer cars.
