Matritech Inc. can provide custom stamped assemblies to meet any need. Our company offers a range of parts manufacturing services including stamping, machining, bending, assembly, welding and more. Our goal is to become an extension of the companies we serve. To that end, our processes and services can be adapted to suit customer requirements. Stamping capabilities

To perform our stamping services, we have mechanical presses with capacities up to 500 tonnes. We have extensive experience with tool and die design and manufacturing, so we can handle any stamping challenge. We can provide both standard cutting-bending and high-volume stamping services. Through the optimization of our processes and materials, we provide customers with major cost reductions.

Assembled items

We have a dedicated assembly department that can perform services including bolting, riveting, bonding, crimping, bagging, labeling, and packing.  Our comprehensive services in metal parts manufacturing and assembly provide our clients with simplified supply management. We can provide a complete assembly from start to finish, so there is no need to deal with multiple orders to various suppliers. Our clients also benefit from our preassembled items by freeing their production floor to focus on their specialized operations.

Other services

In addition to metal part stamping and assembly, Matritech Inc. can provide laser cutting/CNC punching, robotic & CNC bending, extrusion, coating, and more. We use a variety of cutting-edge technology such as our completely robotic bending cell. This technology offers fast setup times, high manufacturing speed, and high precision.
