Asphalt chain and sprockets

We can supply inclined asphalt chains with 4 inch or 6 inch pitch and with K-style or slotted M-style attachments. To offer exceptional strength and longevity, these chains have through hardened sidebars that can handle high impact loads. In addition, the rollers are heat treated for abrasion resistance.

In addition to the best asphalt chain, we can supply asphalt sprockets that will further improve performance and reliability. To produce our asphalt incline conveyor sprockets, we use the best materials, heat treatment, design, and manufacturing processes.  Our unified sprockets enable easy replacement of only the worn portion.  Segmental rim style sprockets are available made from high quality 1045 steel with a minimum 50 HRC tooth hardness so they will withstand extreme abrasion. The sprocket hub body features solid construction for high strength. Split style is also available for easy replacement. Our return support rollers support the weight of the chain on the return side of the conveyor and are machined to suit the chain’s exact profile.
