Angle Valves

Canada’s most impressive selection of valves, pumps, and more: this is what we promise at ODE Valve Canada. Our portfolio includes a line of angle valves, which are pneumatically operated valves that are available in 2/2-way, normally close, normally open, and double-acting variations. These stainless steel angle seat valves range in size from 3/8 of an inch to three inches NPT, with flow rate of up to 350 gallons per minute and pressure ratings up to 230 pounds per square inch.

These angle seat valves have an optimized design to reduce the water hammer effect, and they have a fluid temperature of up to 180 degrees Celsius. Users can mount these angle valves in any position, and we recommend them highly for all applications with liquids, gases, and neutral or aggressive steams in many industries – including food and beverage, oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, water treatment, HVAC/R, and pharmaceuticals.

This year, ODE launched a new line of angle seat valves, the 21IZ1 series, made out of high-quality, corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel. This series offers flow direction both above and below the seat, and the stainless steel body (combined with a PTFE sealing seat) ensures long operational life under harsh working conditions. We recommend this line of valves for many industries and applications, such as wastewater treatment, filtration and purification equipment, heat exchangers for refrigeration and cooling, air or gas separators, gas-steam generations, dryers, and compressors.

The 21IZ1 series is available with welded-end, tri-clamp, and flanged connections. The fluid temperatures of these angle valves go from minus ten to 180 degrees Celsius, and they suit ambient temperatures of up to 80 degrees Celsius, including optical position indication. There are several kinds of port connections, and options available include limit switches, manual override, and stroke limiter. A 3/2- or 5/2-way valve can be used to control the units. The flow Kv runs from 59 to 1,788 litres per minute. Importantly, this valve series is fully compliant with the strict Conformité Européenne safety standard.
