Aluminum fabrication process

We have a complete range of state-of-the-art CNC equipment that enables us to fabricate complex aluminum components with high precision. We use a Hypertherm high definition plasma cutting system with a 120” x 300” maximum sheet capacity. It is capable of cutting aluminum up to 1-1/2” in thickness. Some other examples of our equipment include an Orion laser cutter, punching machines, forming machines, vertical machining centers and turning centers. Our quality control program is ISO-9001 certified.

In addition to aluminum, we produce custom metal products in materials such as carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel and more. We currently supply fabrications for a wide range of industries and applications including track work components for the rail industry, mining equipment, recycling equipment, and forms and molds for precast concrete applications.
