Alloy forgings

The wide range of forgings we have experience making include eye bolts, rod ends, eye nuts, and swivel hoist rings. We also make machine strap clamps including plain clamps, u-clamps, c-clamps, finger clamps, and goose-neck clamps. Our custom capabilities allow us to create forged parts up to 250 Lbs. We can offer a variety of threading options including UNF, UNC, ACME, and metric.

The alloys we typically work with include carbon, stainless, and other steel alloys. The carbon steel grades we offer range from C1018 through to C1030. Our stainless steel includes grades 316 and 304, and alloy steels 4140, 8620, F11, and F22.

Alloy forging process

Our alloy forgings are made in our 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Jefferson, Ohio.  Our facility is fully equipped to perform a wide range of in-house operations, so we can offer our customers a one-stop solution. We can offer a number of options for finishes including galvanized, hot dipped, polished, and more.
