Alloy Bolts
Ken Forging Inc. offers drop forged alloy bolts of many types. We have over 40 years of experience forging a range of industrial hardware including eyebolts, nuts, and rod ends. Our company offers one of the widest selections in the industry. The materials we most often work with include alloy steels 4140, F11 and F22; stainless steel 304 and 316; and carbon steels ranging from grades C1018 to C1045. Custom forgings to meet your specialized requirements are also available. We are proud that all of our hardware is forged in the United States, and is guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations.
Alloy bolts
We can provide eyebolts in a range of alloy steels. Our eyebolts are available with special options such as long shanks, fine threads, and custom finishes. The standard finishes for our bolts include plain, hot dipped, heat treated, electro galvanized, and electro polished.

Alloy bolts expertise
Our company was started in 1970 by one man working from a small garage. Over the years, our family-owned business grew rapidly, but we never lost sight of our commitment to always put our customers first. Due to our high quality products, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service, we have become a leading manufacturer with over 130 employees.
Alloy bolts manufacturing process
Our maximum capacity for custom forgings is 250 Lbs. We have the capability to apply different threadings to our fogings including UNC, UNF, ACME, and metric. Bolt blanks are also available and we can supply forgings with oversized shank diameters for thread cutting. We utilize stringent quality assurance procedures with inspections based on ASTM E709-08 and MIL-STD-105.
