Air cleaners

High vacuum, low volume central systems are available for welding, cutting and grinding applications. These systems supply suction throughout the plant using a central turbine and filter. When compared to low vacuum central systems, they use smaller ductwork and about one-tenth the airflow volume.

Low vacuum central systems are available for industry and school applications. These systems are perfect for removing welding fumes from educational environments or manufacturing facilities that need multiple station drops.

Circulator systems are available for improving air quality in smaller shops and work areas. These units move clean filtered air into the facility using our Statiflex 6000-MS filter unit. This central filter unit is self cleaning and offers a filter surface area of 150 cubic meters.

Push/Pull systems are available for removing fumes and metal particulate from welding, plasma cutting, and arc gouging operations. These systems are ideal for applications where source capture is difficult or when welders have to frequently change positions, such as fabricating large weldments.

Portable units are available that are designed for light-duty extraction and filtration of welding fumes. These units are light-weight, low volume, and high vacuum. They are easy to carry to welding areas, and are the ideal solution for small shops with few welding stations.
