This foot switch is available in custom switch variations with momentary or maintained actuation to comply with the evolving needs of Linemaster’s customers. The three designs available:

• Single. Measures 1½ by 3½ by 4½ inches. Weighs 2¼ pounds.
• Wide treadle. This model offers a seven-inch-wide target to feel for when the user tries to depress the pedal. Two holes for rigid mounting to the floor or the equipment. Measures 1.78 by seven by 5½ inches. Weighs 3¼ pounds.
• Twin. With divider bar that helps to reduce accidental operation of multiple pedals at the same time. Four holes for rigid mounting to the floor or the equipment. Measures 1.78 by 8.38 by 4¼ inches. Weighs five pounds.

Among the many other features of the Clipper foot switch: an adjustable strain-relief connector; a durable black finish; and a non-skid base pad. Additional options available include Airval models, a heavy gauge steel guard, and orange or black vinyl boots for the single model, which offer protection against dirt, fluids, or bad weather.

Model 632-DA of the Clipper can be used to control lighting, while Model 638-S has a cast aluminum housing that is painted alert-orange and has a splash-resistant interior. Every version of this switch has an IP20 protection rating, and different models meet the standards of various international safety bodies, such as UL in the United States and CE in Europe.
