The Olympia: Soft-Closing Concealed Hinges
The Olympia Hinge is the newest addition to the Sugatsune concealed hinge category and is the first of its kind to be built with our patented Lapcon Technology. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this hinge features a unique combination of a built-in rotary damper for soft-close and an integrated spring with less pull force for light and easy openings. The damper system has five levels of speed adjustment that can easily be engaged with a clicker function. To help save time on installation, the hinge is simply clipped onto the mounting plate and allows for vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment. Compared to standard 40,000-cycle testing, The Olympia Hinge has undergone and successfully passed 200,000 cycles tests, making it extremely durable and essentially a maintenance-free product. Doors using The Olympia Hinge have the capacity for angle opening of either 85 degrees or 105 degrees for 9 mm, 14 mm, and 19 mm overlay applications or of 93 degrees for Inset application.

304B Series: Stainless Steel Concealed Hinges
The 304B Concealed Hinge Series and corresponding mounting plates are completely made from 304 stainless steel with a polished finish, making them an ideal solution for exterior kitchens, manufacturing equipment, or environments that require anti-corrosive properties. These concealed hinges are available with a catch for self-closing capabilities or without for free-swinging doors. More so, the 304B Concealed Hinge Series offers hinges with an angle opening of 100 degrees for 9-mm, 14-mm, and 19-mm overlay applications.

J95: Heavy Duty Concealed Hinge — Less is More
The J95 Heavy Duty Concealed Hinge makes the need for multiple hinges on taller doors a thing of the past. It has a weight capacity of up to 55 lbs/ two hinges and 88 lbs/ three hinges and may be used with doors up to 36 inches wide, reducing the likelihood of warping when working with wide and tall wooden doors. The sleek body design of the J95 is unique as its features few protrusions and a clip-on function for the mounting plate, making the installation quick and easy. Additionally, the J95 series has a variety of solid and patterned glass face plates that allow the hinge to be installed onto glass doors. The J95 Heavy Duty Concealed Hinge is available as an inset hinge or as a 16-mm and 25-mm overlay hinge with an opening angle of up to 93 degrees.
