Features and advantages

Loctite PC 7350 is fast curing and self-leveling, key features that reduce costly downtime and repairs. The compound’s outstanding adhesion to rubber, along with its abrasion resistance, means that repairs will have the same durability and flexibility as the rubber, which increases reliability and overall efficiency. In addition, it has good impact-resistance properties and is solvent-free.

The result is a high-quality repair that increases repair life, prevents premature wear of belt splices, and eliminates replacement inventory.

The compound is easy to apply in both the 400-millilitre cartridge size and the one-kilogram container kit. A dispensing gun is required for use with the cartridge. When correctly applied, the repair will not interfere with belt scrapers.

Ideal applications

The compound is designed for conveyor belts and other rubber parts. It can be used to repair or rebuild liners in mills, pumps, feeder bowls, hoppers and chutes, and repair cast urethane screens and liners. Ideal operating temperatures range from -29 to 80 degrees C (-20 to 176 degrees F).
