Clamps and brackets complement Rosta’s line of rubber suspension units

Rosta rubber suspension units are used across the globe to help guide and tension industrial machinery, as well as absorb vibrations. These high-quality units, known for their signature blue colour and reliable performance, should be connected to machine parts or structures using the company’s standardized clamps and brackets to ensure optimal performance. They are a much safer choice than relevant welded connections because they don’t cause the rubber insert to overheat, or risk damaging the entire suspension device.

The options include:

• Bracket Type WS: This multi-purpose bracket makes an easy screw connection possible on the inner squares of Rosta rubber suspension units (Type DR-A, DK-A and DO-A). The base of the angle section can be positioned in both directions and, when used with Rosta’s clamps, offers many possible combinations for element assembling.
• Clamp Type BK: These clamps are supplied separately without bolts. They are standardized to fit Rosta’s Type DK-S and DK-A rubber suspension units by the frictional force created by the bolted double clamp. Two or more clamps are recommended for use with longer units.
• Clamp Type BR: These clamps are supplied separately without bolts. They fit Rosta’s DR-S, DR-A and DR-C rubber suspension units without any welding needed. Two or more clamps are recommended for use with longer units.
