Its 1/4 NPT internal mix deflected flat fan atomizing spray nozzle has the capability to atomize fluid and spray at a right angle to the nozzle orientation — a feature ideal for use in tight spaces like enclosures and ductwork because the spray is placed precisely where it is needed. 

Nozzle features and advantages

These nozzles combine liquid and compressed air inside of the air cap to produce a fine mist of atomized liquid. Using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise, they provide liquid flows from 1.8 to 6.9 gallons per hour, and can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of each application.

The CE-compliant nozzles offer durability and corrosion resistance thanks to their stainless steel construction. They are available with 1/4 NPT and 1/2 NPT connections, and in a variety of sizes and shapes. Plus, they come with EXAIR’s five-year warranty, giving customers peace of mind.
