Marking Imprinters Coding

A wide selection of marking imprinters is available from Sprinter Marking Inc. Our machines range from small contact markers for dot marking applications to larger models that can imprint messages in sizes of one inch by two inch. These imprinters can be mounted in existing production lines to provide automatic, high speed marking on a continuous basis. In addition, we can supply them in standalone benchtop or benchmount systems. Some of the typical applications for our imprinters include marking products with logos, coding, pricing, dating, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and spot marking.

Marking imprinters

We supply imprinters with nine standard marking head formats to suit the application requirements for message size. Our machines can be supplied with rubber type kits for creating messages using letters, numbers, and symbols. This rubber type can be easily attached to the machines’ removable marking heads. In addition, we offer marking machines that feature adjustable band heads. These models allow messages to be quickly changed using indexable bands.

Our marking imprinters can be used with a range of type heights. The most common used heights range from 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch, and larger sizes are available. Depending on the machine model and surface being marked, they offer maximum speeds ranging from 150 to 350 cycles per minute. Our machines feature small air cylinders so they only have minimal compressed air requirements. Most models can run on a minimum of 20 psi.
