Marking & Numbering Machines

A range of marking & numbering machines is available from Sprinter Marking Inc. Our machines use marking heads with rubber type to perform contact ink marking. They can be incorporated in existing production lines to provide automatic in-line marking, or supplied as standalone systems. They are available in nine standard models to suit the application requirements for marking size. We can also supply custom designed solutions for special applications. For instance, we can provide custom marking heads to accommodate non-flat surfaces. Our products are known for their reliability, low cost, and versatility. They use a patented motion that provides smooth, high-speed marking.

Marking & numbering machines

Our machines are used to mark all types of products and materials including paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, glass, films, and flexible or rigid containers. The various models available have maximum speeds ranging from 150 to 350 cycles per minute. Some examples of typical applications include dot/spot marking, pass/fail marking, product/date coding, and lot/part numbering.

These machines can be mounted in any orientation. They have rotatable marking heads and are available with a wick in the ink reservoir to assist flow when feeding against gravity. Another key feature is that the inks used in our machines are quick drying. They generally dry to touch within 1 to 2 seconds on non-porous surfaces, and even faster on porous surfaces.

Quality construction

Our marking & numbering machines are built to last. They have a simple design that ensures marking repeatability, and hardened wear surfaces for long life. They also feature compact size so they can be mounted in confined areas, and have lightweight marking heads that can provide high quality marks with low pressure.

Company expertise

Sprinter Marking has been providing marking solutions since the early 1970’s. Due to the versatility of our machines, we have experience assisting customers with all types of applications. Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies.
