Belts

In addition to our standard sizes, we can cut custom sizes from our vast stock of belt sleeves and ship them same day. We can supply belts in open-end versions for emergency repairs or special applications where endless belts cannot be used. Here is some information on our various product types.

Platinum synchronous belts

Our Platinum product line is made with a nitrile-based HNBR compound and hybrid tensile cords to provide a belting solution for drives with high power and torque. These belts are suitable for replacing roller chains and gears.

Urethane belts

We offer Urethane timing belts that are able to operate in temperatures as low as -30 C without losing flexibility. They can be welded to other thermoplastics and will stand up to oil, heat, abrasion, and acids. Urethane belts are ideal for use in clean environments as they are resistant to flaking.

Accu-Link belts

Our Accu-Link v-belts are adjustable, making them the perfect solution as a temporary replacement in the case of a belt failure on a critical drive.

Cogged deep wedge V-belts

We offer v-belts with cogged construction and a raw edge. They are UniMatch V-belts, meaning they require no belt set matching.

Neoprene belts

We have a range of neoprene belts with fiberglass tension members and nylon covered teeth. They provide high power transmission over a wide range of speeds.
