Robotic welding equipment is available from Lincoln Electric. Robotic welding equipment

We can supply the FANUC ARC Mate iC series robots. These universal process robots feature the highest throughput, most compact body, largest working envelope, and capability for all mounting positions. There are a number of options for these systems that can improve weld quality and repeatability for a particular application. For instance, they can incorporate 3-D laser vision systems for seam tracking, adaptive welding, automated inspection, and more.

As a turnkey solution for entry-level robotic welding, we offer our Auto-Mate line of pre-configured robotic welding cells.  The standard configuration of these robotic cells ensures quick delivery with minimal set-up and programming.

Our robotic wire feeders are compact and powerful. They can provide higher quality welds with better consistency throughout the entire length. These wire feeders are available with touch-retract start technology to initiate each robotic weld without spatter or burnback.
