Welding Hoses

A variety of welding hoses are available from Lincoln Electric. We are the ideal source for all types of welding equipment as we offer a comprehensive selection and unparalleled expertise. We can supply equipment and consumables for all types of welding processes including MIG, TIG, and SMAW. In addition, we can design and build complete solutions including automation systems and welding robots. Our company has a long history of innovation and has become a global market leader in welding and cutting solutions. We are known for supplying equipment that is high quality, cost effective, and reliable.

Welding hoses

One example of the welding hoses available is the Deluxe adjustable gas regulator and hose kit for multi-process welders. This hose and regulator can accommodate CO2, Argon, or Argon-blend cylinders. It includes a 1.3 meter (4.3 feet) gas hose, dual scale flow gauge, and a cylinder pressure gauge.

Another kit available is the TIG-Mate 20 water-cooled TIG torch starter pack. It provides everything needed for TIG welding in a portable carrying case. It includes a PTW-20 torch, parts kit, Twist-Mate adapter, and Harris flowmeter/regulator, as well as a 3 meter (10 foot) gas hose, water hoses, and water hose coupler.

Also available are hoses and connections for weld fume exhaust applications. Our connectors include hose-to-hose adapters. These 50 mm (2 inch) adapters can screw over hose ends to connect two hoses with tight seal. We also stock hose connection outlets that can be used to exhaust or dispose of welding fume particles.

Our exhaust or extension hose set is designed for use as exhaust hose for Mobiflex 100 or as an extension to an existing exhaust hose. To protect against wear and crushing, the hose is reinforced with outside steel rings. The hose is 146 millimeter (5.75 inches) in diameter and 5 meters (16.4 feet in length). It is supplied with two clamps.
