Robots

FANUC universal process robots are available in a range of sizes and models for welding applications. The FANUC ARC Mate iC robots feature the highest throughput, widest motion range, and most compact body in the industry. In addition, they have a compact wrist with the largest hollow opening, so they can support a variety of different welding torch types.

These robots are available with iRVISION robotic vision technology, which provides an unparalleled level of performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness. This ready-to-use robotic vision system provide 2-D and 3-D robot guidance and/or error proofing tool for presence detection, part location, and other processes that typically require special sensors or custom fixturing. Our 3-D laser vision systems and advanced sensing devices enable seam tracking, adaptive welding, and automated inspection.
