We begin each order by receiving our customers’ direct specifications. Then, we consult with them about the design of the product, including potential features, materials and more. When these details, we make a custom mold that will create your product. We then insert the materials into a heated barrel, where it is melted and pressed into mold. In the mold, it cools, solidifying into the desired shape.
