Bulk Material Handling Systems Product Line 

We manufacture a wide variety of bulk material handling systems and equipment, including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, weigh feeders and apron feeders. Our bucket elevators provide efficient and reliable ways to elevate any loose bulk material ranging from 300 mesh to 5” lump size with a capacity from 300 CFH to 5400 CFD. Centrifugal bucket elevators suit fine materials and small lumps, while continuous bucket elevators suit sluggish and lumpy materials. Our apron feeders feed and convey heavy and abrasive materials in harsh environments. The rugged crawler tractor chain is available in tensile strength ratings, sprockets and traction wheels feature segmental rims, and many components of the apron feeders are manufactured from cast manganese, the best material for high impact applications.

We also manufacture conveyor components such as pulleys, idlers and covers. Covers protect transported material and improve personnel safety. Our conveyors are made of galvanized material, aluminum or stainless steel. Their design reduces the possibility of corrosion, allows for quick installation and safe access, and ¾ hoods allow for quick viewing of the belt.
