Pressure valves

Just some of the options for pressure functions of the valves we supply include unloading, pressure relief, pressure reducing, and pressure control. The valves we offer feature compact construction, various pressure ranges, available with solenoids or hand knobs for manual adjustments, and the ability to be fitted in line-mounting bodies. Pressure compensators are also available. Here are some more details on our various types of pressure valves:

• Unloading valves that are hydraulically controlled, and can handle flows up to 60 litres per minute and pressures of up to 315 bar. The available cavity type threads include AN 3/4"-16UNF and DD M24x1.5.
• Relief valves including direct acting and two-stage types. The maximum flow rate for these models ranges up to 350 litres per minute and the maximum pressure ranges up to 420 bar.
• Control valves for handling flows up to 140 litres per minute and maximum pressures of 315 bar. They include stack valves that are used for sequence and preload functions.

These models are supplied by Bucher Hydraulics. High pressure valves are also available for handling up to 150,000 psi.
