We have a complete range of polyurethane and polyethylene foam. The polyurethane materials we work with span the full spectrum from flexible to rigid. They include our flexible HR polyurethane, Tuffskin, and structural RIM technologies.

Moulded high resilient HR Polyurethane

HR polyurethane flexible foam is used in a range of applications such as creating high quality cushioning products. We offer chemical blends of unmatched quality and can tailor the material’s resiliency and rebound to suit customers’ exact specifications.

Tuffskin

Our Tuffskin polyurethane elastomer coating features durability. This innovative coating system is typically used to create a homogeneous outer surface for our HR flexible foam. Tuffskin provides superior long term performance in harsh conditions for outdoor and industrial environments. It will resist wear, abrasion, corrosion, chemicals, water, hydrolysis, and microorganisms.

Structural RIM polyurethane foam

We can offer moulded structural polyurethane that is manufactured using the reaction injection moulding (RIM) process. The RIM process uses low temperatures, low viscosity reaction mixtures, and low moulding pressures when compared to other manufacturing methods. As a result, RIM polyurethane parts can have large sizes, thin and thick walls, and a class-A surface. These parts also offer benefits including high strength, low weight, and dimensional stability as well as resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.
