Line of acoustic felt

Both our designer felt and SAE industrial felt offer the optimal densities for acoustic purposes. Both lines are crafted with high wool felt content.

Our designer felt is available in 2 mm (weighing approximately 17 oz per square yard), 3 mm (approximately 26 oz per square yard) and 5 mm (approximately 40 oz per square yard) thicknesses. It is crafted of pressed, carbonized wool, which is treated with eco-friendly dyes.

Our SAE industrial felt comes in density levels between F1 to F5. Known for durability and water repellence, this textile is long-lasting and easy to maintain, requiring an occasional vacuuming to remove dust and debris. For spills and stains, the felt should be spot-cleaned with a damp towel.

Custom manufacturing process

If you have your own design, we can make it a reality. Our engineering capabilities include kiss-cutting, roll cutting and CNC cutting, enabling us to cut virtually any design or pattern using the felt of your choice.
