Solid construction
Our batch bowl vibratory finishing machines are the perfect turnkey assemblies for your needs. Made of reinforced steel, they are made strong to withstand any type of wear over the course of a long life. They are also continuously welded for a more solid structure. This allows us to shot peen the machine, shooting small media at the machine to dent the metal. When this comprehensive stress layer is created, the steel becomes stronger from the outwardly exerted pressure.
We offer many different types of batch bowls. Each run on short production cycles, which allow you to finish parts faster and therefore do more. The VF-14 can accommodate up to 14 cu. ft., and is constructed in a spiral to remove impediments from the process. It also features two drains that can remove fluids and dirt, making it ideal for cleaning as well. The VF-18 comes with all of the same benefits, but can hold up to 18 cu. ft.
