Indexable insert drills

Some of our drills use systems of up to 7 cartridges. Many of them are compatible with through-the-tool coolant delivery systems.  We offer Ingersoll Cutting Tools’ product lines including BTA Drill, Spade-Twist, Quad-Drill, Gold-Twist, Qwik-Twist and more. We carry the GEN2 T-A series of drill inserts from Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. This product line features increased stability, reduced drilling force and better chip formation. For through-hole applications, it will breakout more smoothly. It provides effective heat dispersion with a corner clip. Some models are also suitable for chamfering applications.
