Torsion Spring Product Line

We manufacture torsion springs, including clock and double torsion springs. We work with music and square music wire. Our torsion springs are primarily made of stainless steel, and some are zinc or phosphate-plated, or painted for colour coding. Our springs are available in various sizes, up to 5 mm or 0.196" diameter wire.

Torsion Spring Manufacturing Process, Computerized Testing and Measuring Equipment

Our facilities are registered to ISO 9001:2008 & TS 16949:2009, and our staff members are trained to work to this standard. Our computerized testing and measuring equipment ensures that we always make top-quality springs, forms and stampings. We also have design engineering services and AutoCAD capability. We have recently acquired austempering lines, which can harden and temper spring steel in the range of HRC 42-47. For customized products, our fully equipped special order department is happy to work with customers to develop specialty items and prototypes.
