Extension Spring Product Line

Change is here:  We manufacture extension springs, including garter springs. We work with music and galvanized music wire, and all our models include machine hooks on one or both ends. Our extension springs are primarily made of stainless steel, and some are zinc plated as well. Several models include spring silences. Our springs are available in various sizes, up to 5.25 mm or 0.207" diameter wire.

Extension Spring Manufacturing Process, Computerized Testing and Measuring Equipment 

We are proud that we are an 9001:2008 & TS 16949:2009 registered company. Our staff members are all trained to work to this standard, and our computerized testing and measuring equipment ensures that we always make top-quality springs, forms and stampings. We manufacture compression springs on high-speed CNC coiling machines, allowing us to make products quickly, minimize our inventory and pass those savings onto you. We also have design engineering services and AutoCAD capability.
