Ken Forging Inc. can supply drop forged eye nuts of many varieties. We typically manufacture eye nuts in stainless steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel. Our capability to perform finishing operations such as thread cutting, heat treating, and galvanizing, allows us to provide a one stop shopping environment for forged fasteners and industrial hardware. Custom forgings up to a maximum of 250 Lbs. are also available. Our turnaround times are fast and we can offer same-day shipping on stock items. Drop forged eye nut forging process
We have over 130 dedicated employees working from our 250,000 sq. ft. facility. We perform closed-die, open-die, and upset forging. You can fill out a request for quote form on our website with your preference for fastener design, material, threading, and finish. For quality assurance purposes, we offer 100 per cent traceability and lot control.
