Forgings of all kinds are available from family-owned metal working company, Ken Forging. We manufacture drop-forged industrial hardware ranging from eyebolts and pad eyes to turnbuckle assemblies and swivel hoist rings. Custom forgings are also available, ranging up to 250 Lbs. We guarantee we will provide only the best products available, and have them promptly delivered to your site. Forgings
Our selection of forged industrial hardware includes eyebolts, pad eyes, nut eyebolts, eye nuts, rod ends, c-clamps and screws, d-rings and blanked chips, safety swivel hoist rings, machine shop tools, as well as turnbuckle bodies, assemblies and fittings.
Many of our items are available in a variety of materials including carbon steel grades from C1018 to C1030, stainless steel 304 and 316 series, alloy steels 4140, F11 and F22, and more. Many options for finishes are available including electro polished and hot dip or electro galvanized. We can also offer custom plating and heat treating. Available threadings include UNC, UNF, Metric, and ACME.
Forging process
Our products are proudly made in the USA at our 250,000 square foot plant where we employ over 130 people. We have custom forging capabilities and can offer an extensive selection of structural components. We can perform a wide range of in-house operations, which enables us to provide a one-stop solution to meet all of our customers’ needs.
